Defintion Edit

Shipping Wars is basically when two people have opposite ships that they support. Because shipping is such a huge part of everyones life, these two can longer be friends and hate each other. This can sometimes get violent, and it becomes a Shipping War. Shipping Wars begin with harmless insults or pranks, but soon escalate into real violence and threats. Shipping Wars tear families apart and ruin friendships.

Shipping Wars sometimes take a less violent turn and the main competition isn't a disagreement between two fans of different ships, but instead of two fans trying to make their ships a reality. This usually makes those involved in the ship alienated and awkward. Usually ends with the neither ship coming into fruition and everyone is no longer friends with each other. Becoming a matchmaker is never a good idea.
